On a 1986 245 .Had the ICM recently changed and now the tachometer and headlights do not work . Any connection? I can deal with no tachometer but where do I begin with the headlight issue . Parking lights work , low beams do not and high beams stay on but moving the lever do not turn them off. Please offer any help possible Thank you

 

check your headlight relay. I believe it works similar to a ball point pen, push once for high beam, push again for low beam. there is a relay moviing it and a mechanical part that works similar to how a ball point pen works. check fuses too.
i see no relation to the ignition control module.
