Hello I was wondering if there was a way to upload pictures into an album via iPhone or other mobile/smart phone devices? Thanks

 

On the mobile mode, no.

You would have to look at the website in normal resolution(computer screen mode) and then try and insert images but utilizing the "manage attachments" tab in the additional options box below the reply to thread box. Even then, I think it is doubtful.
