Any ideas what this could be?

model, year, mileage? Some turbo whine is normal. Any other symptoms (smoking on start up or hard runs, oil consumption, loss of coolant?

Default 2002 s60
I just had the passenger halfshaft done so now when I turn to left I'm hearing that noise. My passenger side inner tie rod is beat also which I'll do soon
