Question 1983 240 DL - No Power

Hey gang,

I'm new to this forum and really hoping someone can help. I have a 1983 Volvo DL station wagon straight 4 and have recently lost power when trying to accelerate. It purrs nicely in idle, but when I try to kick it in the pants, it doesn't respond. Now, this thing isn't a powerhouse to begin with, but it also shouldn't take me 3/4 of a mile to reach 35 mph. I have changed the in-line fuel pump, changed the screen on the in-tank pump, verified that the in-tank pump is in fact pumping, disconnected the exhaust prior to the catalytic converter to verify no plugging on the exhaust side, checked the fuel pressure at the fuel rail (~80 psi when turning the motor over), checked for vacuum leaks, and changed the air cleaner. I'm a decent wrench turner, but no mechanic, so I'm pretty much at a loss here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
Kent

No. The fuses should be easy to check, but I don't know anything about the relays. Any tips?
