I have a 2000 C70 Convertible. This is like my twenty fifth Volvo so I feel pretty confident working on them. Check out the convertible on Little Rock Craigslist. It is rough condition and I am needing good prices on parts. I have had lots of trouble finding a good price on the drive motor for the front. I know Webasto manufacturers the drive for both convertible and also the sunroof. The 2000 Volvo is still a worm driven gear. Is the newer C70s convertible tops hydraulicoperated. Is there any way to manually power the roof ?Both rear drives raise the rear of the top perfect but the booty does not release. I can manually fold the top but haven't done so becausethe rear boot will not raise. Any help, thanks By the way $3300.00 a great buy

I think this is the reason why there has not been any replies; people are jealous[8D].

I am not privy to the C70s, but we have a member by the name of Reg, who has great knowledge in the C70.

Try posting a thread in the C70 forum to see if Reg or others could reply.
