Default 2000 V40 rear window(s) issue

The two rear windows will not operate when using the rear window switches (the switches on the rear doors). I can open and close the rear windows when using the switches on the front console (between the drivers and passenger seats) but not from the back. It seemed to me like a childproof lock issue. I toggled the childproof switch (see pic) a bunch thinking it might be corrosion without success. I don't need childproof locks - I would be ok with making that circuit hot at all times, but I would need to access/pull that switch to get to the wires. I don't know how to pull that panel to acess the back (any diagrams Hoonk?).

I tried a "general reset" I found on this forum that a guy used on a '98 V40 - locking and unlocking 5 times, but that did not work.

Any advice would be appreciated. This is a 49 state 2000 V40.

I attched a pic of the old girl too. She can still sparkle!

Thanks!
Brad
