The rear light in a 2013 is different from previous models. Instead of a third bulb, it appears to have a wire connection to an arrangement of smaller lights. On mine, they do not work on one side. Do I have to buy a whole new light assembly, or do you think it could be a blown fuse? Any help would be nice...

I guess I have to hope warrantee... After further review, all lights work in light assembly (reverse, blinker, breaks, turn signal) except tail light, and no way to change tail light or breaks without swapping out entire thing for around $250.

 

Of course this would be covered under warranty. Unless you have more then 50,000 miles on your car.
