Hi,
has anyone ever install a double din radio in an s80?...like many, my hu-801 busted saying cd error.i wanted to replace it with an aftermarket radio but the top right corner of the radio trim seem rounder.is there a kit for aftermarket double din radio? i've seen some on the net but it's to replace a double din with a standrad radio.has anyone done it berfore? if so does the casing from the aftermarket fits normally or does it look stupid?.....if you have any pics...please show me

 

What is a double din radio. I have a 2000 S80 and was thinking about changing out the radio too.

 

volvo puts in those big radio, they're big..(twice the size in height) of a standard radio you'd buy in a store.a double din means twice the size in height.go on ebay and write double din radio and you'll see. what color is your s80? is it t6?.....i love riding that car.
