850 se/ where is front wiper relay ??

850 se/ where is front wiper relay ??

wipers not working . have power to motor, power to switches, motor and switch seem to have good OHMs reeding, so im presuming there must be a relay switch some where. thanks if u can help.

The relay is under the dash. Maybe the motors are bad.
