So angry. Calm down there. No need to yell at us.

To turn off your Day Time Driving lights you....

Ok on the left hand side of the steering wheel there should be a dial to switch your headlights in three different posiitions. All the way to the left is DRL's and all the way to the right straight up is Low Beams. Turn it all the way to the left so DRL's are on. Then...

Then you should see a little slit like object. Looks like the head of a screw. You turn that. I forget which direction and your DRL's are diabled. If you don't have that then I believe it is a trip to the dealership.

Can't answer that. I gave you the only answer I know of. Maybe someone else on the forum can help you.

The owners manual tells you how to turn them off.
I don't know I haven't ever done it that way I have always used the laptop setup to turn them off.

Hi Markjenross it looks like a trip to the dealership! or to a good auto electrician with diagnostics my s80 came with the lights turned off i think the previous owner paid around £70 for them to be disabled. (unless you have diagnostic software your self?)

You shouldn't have to go to dealers to have service light switched off, there should be a sequence to follow to reset the light i.e key at I press odometer button till beep turn to II etc i couldn't tell you the sequence as it may be diffrent to the S80, again if you go to a agrage they will be able to switch the light out (all decent garages have a book with them all in) i will see if i can find the sequence for you, if so i'll pass it on.
