Default Becoming concerned

Hi all,
Looking for some feedback, I placed an order over a week ago with Vivaperformance for the K&N Typhoon intake for my 05 S40 T5. I received an order confirmation the day I ordered but since than there has been no update to my order on their sight and my cc has never been charged. I have sent two emails inquiring as to what is going on with my order and gotten no response.Wondering if any one else has had similar issues with them. If I don’t hear from them today I’m canceling the order and going elsewhere. Any suggestions? There is about 50 things on their sight i want for my car.

BTW: I’m new to the Forum but I think it is fantastic! I’ve learned so much in the past week. thnx

Welcome

Is there a phone number on the site that you can call?

I have always heard pretty good things about them.

If so:

I called both the 877 & the 781# no answer at either.
I just ordered from IPD to anxious to keep waiting.

I’m bummed because viva and evolve are the only places I’ve see that carry the down pipe for my car. I acutely ordered the down pipe from EST not realizing they only carried the one for fwd. The one from viva looked like the same manufacture as the one from EST. You guys have any thoughts on that would the Evolve one mate up properly to my existing system? (EST cat back)

I had a similar problem with Viva. It's my understanding that the business is basically one guy.

I ordered my ECU thru Viva, and not all the log-in info was sent. I went thru the same thing of sending emails/phone calls, and after almost a week the guy George called me back. Told me he was out of the state for a few days, hence the lateness in the response.I would use Viva again, but you would thinkphone call/emails would be returned in at most the next workday.

Only thing I can tell you is keep calling/emailing. If I find a diff phone munber I'llpm you...

Thanks for the response. I actually ended up canceling the order and going threw IPD I got my part about three days after i ordered. I did get an email from George at viva saying that they were out of stock on the intake and that was the reason for the delay which would have been fine if that message came in a timely manor. I think I would use viva again with hesitation but not if I could find the part elsewhere. I am in sales myself and if I don’t return phone calls/ emails by the next business day at the latest the sale is gone.
