How to find the color code for your interior carpets? My black car paints code is 019-26. Is the "26" an interior code? I thought my interior was light oak, but some mats I ordered don't even come close! Want to find out if I messed up or the vendor.

 

19 is Volvo black and 26 is a variation on the shade. The interior code should be the number above the paint code.

 

The interior code is a 4 digit code like 3960.

 

Found it, number is 9981 which dealer says is Oak or Oak "Arena" which bascially beige I think, but my carpet seems more like Taupe, greyish-greenish beige? Some floor mats I ordered which were "light oak" don't match and seem more pure beige than taupe.

 

Do the ones you ordered match the color code?

 

No idea, I ordered per a small color swatch they sent. At least in the light I checked (broad daylight) it matched perfectly, but under other light conditions (like when the interior light comes on and it dark outside, the mats look way off! Essentially my mistake.

 

Order by the code it will be really close then.
