Is the "Concierge" useful?
I want to special-order a 2018 V90 (I'm in the U. S.). Am I required to do so through the new "Concierge" service? I'd rather do it through a dealer, since I'm suspicious of consigning a $60,000 purchase to the services of a phone-bank answerer who probably picks up the Volvo phone when the Bosch, Apple, Amazon, Tire Rack and various other phones they're handling aren't lit up. I can't imagine they know any more about Volvos that what they've been told in their how-to-do-it class... Am I wrong?
