I'd like to lay my hands on a scanner that COMPLETELY reads Volvo codes, computers, modules, etc. I have a no crank situation, with the mechanics appearing OK. Starter circuit is functional. Starter and battery are verified functional and sufficient. I think the computer is picking up a NO START code from somewhere. But OBDII has nothing useful. Want a deeper scan. What can I get? I could use a computer, ipad or something else. Please advise. Thanks!
