Tech, when I lived in an apartment in Chicago, the potty used to get clogged once every other day for no reasons. There must have been a clog somewhere in this case too, I believe. I thought of taking it apart, but then I didn't have a service manual and was afraid of back-pressure & unexpected system overflow so I didn't get to work on it.

P.S: See attached pics. The second pic, the bellows-type plunger is the serious professional style that works like no other. The first pic, generic ones, are obsolete and they do nothing more than agitate your feelings and well, inside the potty[8D]. Be sure to wear full face protector because I had a close-call once[8D].

The funny thing is, many sophisticated unblocking tools seem to be made in the U.K. James Bond must be using one of them too I believe. I bet he carries one in his BMW all the time to encounter unexpected situations and to impress those women in the films. I don't know of any women who do not get impressed by men who can unclog a potty in a matter of seconds. And they expect you to do it in style, so Isuggest that you invest in the bellows-type unit and get extra credit from your wife and admired, owe-struck looks from your kids.

Man, you crack me up... I had to read that one to my wife; she's often impressed by my de-clogging abilities...and I'm use the obsolete style plunger...

I would also recommend getting a black-market potty with more than 1.6L per flush that is sold today...

I had overflow nightmare a few timesin my life and you don't want to go there. The moment when you flush the potty and fluid level rising instead of dropping.....there's nothing you can do but wait till the catastrophe stops on its own[8D]. The aftermath is just as bad.

After having those experiences, I'm convinced that every household should be equipped with bellows-type plunger and "snake".

I hate potty problems[8D].
