Last week I ordered new struts for the tail gate of my '94 850 Wagon. When I tried to install them last weekend I found that one of them was longer than the other and just would not fit. On top of it they were clearly different models. The packaging had the same number though. Yesterday I emailed FCP Groton and told them what I found. There was no arguing or trying to avoid sending out a replacement. Instead I got the shipping confirmation last night. That kind of customer service seems to be rare these days.

Yes it is!!
I had to order something last Friday and selected the cheapest shipping. USPS ground. I ordered Friday before Noon and had the part at my front door Monday at 1:00.
That was from Conn. to Florida in 3 days. Super fast shipping!

FCP is great
I have purchased from FCP Groton for several years now and they are fantastic. They even gave me a return credit for some Zimmerman cross-drilled rotors that warped after they had been on the car for a year. I wouldn't buy Volvo parts from anyone else.

Yes FCP Groton has wonderful customer service. I bought E-code headlight lenses and turn signals from them...
When they arrived one of the headlight lenses was damaged and I called and told them the situation and they promptly replaced it.
Two other places that I had really good customer service from was StylinMotors INC. and SharpHID.

Another Place With Good Service
I use fcpgroton quite a bit and have no complaints whatsoever. I usually get 2 day delivery since I live in Ohio and sometimes I have stuff the next day.
Erie Volvo is also very good for used parts. I ordered the rocker panel for my yellow T5R and they said they had a yellow one, but didn't think it was in very good shape. They also had a black one that they knew was in good shape. I said the black one would be fine, but check out the yellow and if it's decent send it. I got the yellow one in very good shape today.
While I was on the phone with them I told them that I had bought the Driver's side visor from them a while back and it is now doing the same thing the other one was doing. Just not staying up and I was afraid to push it up cause that's how I ended up breaking the last one. When I got my rocker paned there was a replacement visor in the package at no charge. And it's been about a year since I bought the original.
