flat 4 trailer plug hookup

I'm sure someone out there has had to hookupa plug for the typ flat4 trailer setup. What's the best way to get it connected on a'98XC70?

I tried to write back to this but it was apparently too long - are you asking for where to connect the wires, how to or something else?
