Front Oxygen Sensor 2001 C70

I have had two front oxygen sensors go bad in a very short period of time in my 2001 C70. What causes that problem?

when u replaced the front o2 sensor, did u replace the extra cable at the end as well?? cuz the new OEM sensor should come with one, and there is an reason for that.

Thanks for your help. I don't know if that was done, because it was done by a mechanic.
