I put 18 litres of gas in.. Managed to pump out 16 litres with a 12v pump i made.

But now every so often the car judders loses revs and then stops. Once after 10 miles, then was fine next time after 40 miles, then stopped, with loads of juddering and intermittent revving.

Whats broken ? pump, injectors ??? funny how it works ok for a while, then stops ?

 

I have always been under the impression that one needs to completely flush the fuel tank and lines after such a mishap.
2 Litres of petrol left inthe tank with diesel is bound to cause problems.
