People, stop playing Overheat Roulette with your car. I really don't get it, sooner or later you will loose. If your car is LEAKING ANY COOLANT, you need to get it fixed TODAY. If you start playing the fill-it-and-drive-it game, YOU WILL LOOSE, sooner or later. Most people don't last a month. If you can't afford a rad, heater core, water hose, mechanic, etc., I promise you, you will NOT be able to afford a new motor or new car.

Phone a friend, charge someone for a ride, be nice to someone that can help you, sells something you are not using, etc. GET IT FIXED. If you can't get it fixed, PARK IT. You might as well, it will be parked when you over heat it and blow the motor.

It is sickning hearing about people that knew their cars were leaking coolant and then one day it over heated. It's just dumb!!! Stop it, cut it out, get real, stop taking that risk, it will cost you the car. Not sure how many more ways I can say it, get it fixed.

(Just had to get that off my mind-just stupid).

 

I am glad to you posted this because I have also seen many a motor go early because the owner didn't take care of it and perform proper manetenance on there cars.
