I'm new to the Volvo, just bought a 2000 V70 XC for the wife, we both love it , but can anyone tell me why the idle goes from 900rpm to 1100 and then back down to normal? And I aim on keeping this nice vehicle for as long as possible, I'm considered a very good mechanic, but I would sure like a manual on this baby, looked everywhere and can only find up to 1998, can anyone send me to the RIGHT SITE? Any help will be greatly appreciated, and hopefully I'll be able to contribute soon instead of just ask questions. Thanks
