K cam history for the 240

K cam history for the 240
Hi folks I would like to add a K cam to my non-turbo 93 240 wgn.
I have already swapped out my 87 m-47 wagn with a 92 turbo 940
motor. This works great. For the other car I need more power than its
114 output. Whats the history on a K cam. Can I do this rather than
buy ing a new VX cam ? What year 240 had this cam ? Does the K generally
refer to K-jetronic like the old turbo 240's or older? How far back can I look
to get one or does someone ant to sell one ? Thanks Cruzvo
