Hello all, I hope I am posting in the right section. I have a new driver in the family and he is interested in purchasing a used XC90 (2002, 2003 vintage). I have seen a few in his price range ($3,500) that seem to be in somewhat good condition despite having 200k miles on them, but I am a bit concerned about the transmission issues that seem to plague these vehicles. I do understand that when purchasing a used car, anything can happen at anytime. Is there anything in particular to look out for in this model? Any advise would be appreciated.
