I am looking for a volvo tech that might be able to help me with programing of a volvo , newer models but the vehicle is not in the states , so if there is possibility of doing this remote , or to come to my location

 

what year is your Volvo and where are you located? What are you looking to do with your programming? This normally requires VIDA DICE (a two part tool with the connector to the car and then the software app). I was wondering if anybody has ever done a remote connection between the parts and found this:
