I am looking for an independent Volvo mechanic in Westchester County. I have lost faith with the dealer as I have been to the dealer 3 x since September to fix leaking coolant. Coolant light comes on 1 x week, and I top it off each time. After replacing heater, thermostat, tie rods, recommending new tires, and alignment, the dealter now thinks that it could be blown head gasket. Timing belt needs to be replaced as mileage is 104,000.

Also, any thoughts on how much to fix head gasket and replace timing belt should be?
