Exclamation Oil Leak AFTER replacing pistons

Hi. 2016 Volvo XC 60 with lots of issues. We bought it used from an Acura dealer. Got a letter from Volvo telling us to take it to a Volvo dealer to see if it had an oil consumption issue. It did. They had our car for almost 6 weeks and replaced the pistons and told us they essentially rebuilt the engine. In less than a month it started leaking oil. I called for an appt and over the phone they said "we didn't touch that part". I asked what part and was told any part that would cause an oil leak. They've had it twice now and both times have told us that it's not their fault it's leaking. Our Acura service people and a private mechanic told me that they definitely caused it and neither will fix it. I'm taking it to a different Volvo dealer tomorrow to have them look at it. Since the oil leak started, the coolant started leaking, the dash display has gone crazy and now it won't start without jumping it.
Could the oil leak be caused by the Volvo dealer replacing the pistons?

I'm assuming they dropped the engine out and removed the cylinder head to access the pistons so there's lots of ways they "touched" something that could create an oil leak. You didnt mention where the leak was coming from nor where the coolant leak was. Do you have a work sheet stating what was done? Worst case scenario is that the head was warped and not checked for flatness before reassembly. Best case is they simply failed to tighten a hose or oil line.
