Default PLEASE HELP!!! V50 2.0 diesel oil leak in one of vacuum lines in throttle body??

Hey there folks, I am really confused now.

I just bought a Volvo v50 2008 diesel 2.0,
I noticed yesterday that one other the vacuum valves in the throttle body ( the right one to be precise ) has been wet with oil,

The car has normal driving no issue with boost feels good has 225k km 1 month ago changed oil and filters.

My question is should it be any oil in the throttle body or intske manifold ?

Or is a bad sign that turbo seals are going bad and soon I need a turbo before destroying the engine??

Please share your thoughts to solve out this problem i am really stressed about it!

Thank you in advance
