Default Replacing an air bag. S70

The passenger side air bag on my s 70 was deployed, I found a dash with a good air bag. I installed dash and air bag with fuse. But I did not connect the air bag. Therfore I expected the air bag light on the dash stay on. I would like to know where are the sensors? and what. Do I have to change any sensor at all? It was hit on the front passenger side and the damage was minimal. If I connect the airbag will it deployed again without cahnging any snsor? Since the air bag is from another S70 does it have to be programmed again? I also have the main modual of the good air bag? should I change that as well. Are air bags basically plug and play or sinsors have to be changed, and reprogrammed? Please help.

The diagnostic trouble codes should be read. I'm surprised the SRS light is not on. The only reason the SRS light should be off is if there is no problem with any of the SRS system and if the passenger airbag isn't connected, there is a problem. Its possible that the light bulb that illuminates the SRS indicator is burned out. If you turn the key to position 2 all the dash lights should light up. If the SRS light doesn't come on, at least briefly, then the bulb is most likely out. But the codes still need to be read to determine if the rest of the SRS system is intact.

Question Replacing airbag. S70

The air bag light is on as you know it should be because I know the passenger side air bag is not conneted yet. My question is since i got this air bag from another S70 and instaled in I can plug it in as well. I was afraid if the sensors are bad and make the good air bag deploy or do I need to change ant moduals or sensors? Thanks for your help.
