hi everyone! my neighbor's son is replacing the heater core in my volvo v90 as i speak, he is very reliable and in auto shop. i have asked him how much he wants to charge and "he doesn't know". what would this go for in an auto shop? i also have a 1994 940 sportwagon that was in an accident (t-boned, not my fault the woman ran a red light) and would like to either get a new body for it or sell the turbo engine and transmission which were rebuilt 3 weeks and 6 months respectively before the accident. what do you think?

 

You can call the dealer, they will tell you their charge for replacing the heater core in the V90.

As for the 940, sell the parts.
