Hey Guys,

So, been watching this guy's videos. VERY helpful step-by-step instructions on Volvo repair. Dude's Awesome! Works hard at making these.

I had posted a question as a comment on one of his videos and in the course of talking with him I posted this:


"By the way, do you have a garage? You would be incredibly busy if you were to rent a roll-up door single shop for $700 / month, pull a business license and associated obligations, and advertise through volvoforums, volvospeed, turbobricks, matthews, fcp, ipd, etc. Just a thought."

And then he posted this:

"I'm unemployable. My wife has dementia and I'm her caregiver. I only have about a 4 hour per day leash. Also, stresses outside of caring for her doesn't do me well. :/"

If you look at the guy's contribution to the Volvo Community, I don't know of anyone more deserving. He doesn't advertise any of this on his website or channel. I asked him if it would be ok to send him a care package from my parts hoarde and he referred me to his website: robertdiy.com which as his PO Box and PayPal link on it.

I'm sending him a package of parts. If any of you guys could send him some love, I sense that this guy could use it. He's in a tough spot. It would be AWESOME if a bunch of us sent him UPS flat rate packages for $6 Post Office cost.
