Hello, it has been quite awhile since I've been on the board.
My husband and I have a much loved 1994 940. We just recently put about $2000 of repairs into it (unusual for our car, but worth it in the end) and wouldn't you know it, we've got a new problem coming up.
The passenger seat belt is starting to stick when releasing the clip. So whenever I want to get out of the car, I have to work with it for awhile, seems like it doesn't want to let go.
The question is: has anyone replaced their seat belt? And if so, did you do it at home, or through a repair shop? And if you don't mind, what would be an estimated cost?
It seems like the only part not working is the part by the seat, where the clip goes in.

The receiver? very easy fix just go get another one out of a junk car or from a used parts place...one bolt holds it in...also can try to spray a little WD40) inside it and work it in by pushing the button...
