Default Shift Up Or Down Error code along With Misfires! 07 XC90

Good evening, I am having some issues with my Volvo XC90 3.2L V6 AWD.
Before you read the issue I have attached an advanced diagnostic system report to this thread coming from my OBD II scanner.
Check engine light error codes
P0172
P0175
P0300
P0304
P0305
P0306
The issue I am running into with my volvo is I keep getting the shift up or shift down error on the dashboard along with misfires. It eventually goes away then drives fine but recently I noticed it is getting worse. I have noticed a few things, I have noticed their is a smell coming from the exhaust. It smells almost like the tail pipe smoke and is combust, the hood of the car and engine it's self when I pop the on both sides are hotter than normal (might I add there is no water dripping from the water pump), gas mileage has reduced significantly and also I hear hissing coming right below the coolant reservoir tank and by right below I do not mean the the actual coolant line but one of the vacuum hoses it more sounds like and I believe the hissing noise is getting blowed into the manifolds, No signs of the overheating on the dashboard gauge. I have had this problem since July of 2021, i have replaced the Ignition Coils, Spark Plugs & Fuel Filter, with original OEM. I have noticed the fuel rail also says FoMo which tells me the previous owner substituted the fuel rail for a none oem part. Personally I do believe that is not it I believe it has something to do with the EGR Valve. I am just not to sure if the leaking vacuum line is causing the evap system or egr valve to malfunction due to it cannot maintain pressure or what but I am lost for words. Can someone please help!!!! I JUST WOULD LIKE to see where I'm going wrong.
