Single Tire Replacement

I purchased a 2008 S60 2.5T about a month ago. I had a rear passenger tire blow out. I have Pirelli P60 four seasons tires with 30,000 miles on them. What should I do to replace the one tire?

Buy tires in pairs if possible. How many more miles are left on the tires? If not much, go ahead and get all four, you'll appreciate it better. If you want to replace the one tire, you can likely find one on eBay.
