Starting Problems 93 940 vol

My 93 940 /turbo does not start. It turns over very slow even though I switch batteries from my 87 740.

I have a feeling it might be the starter.
Spark/fuel etccheck out ok

Can anyone help.

do you hear something when you start the car? if don't, it might the starter problem.
