Tapping into Stock wiring
what is the best way to tap into stock wiring? I tried using very small wiretaps (the red ones), but they don't seem to be getting into the wires.

I am putting in an aftermarket alarm kit, and I need to tap into the power locks, door triggers, ignition etc.

Normally the wire(T) taps work fine.
