So I know this sounds crazy, but seriously I am running out of options, wondering if anyone is having/had the same type of issue.

I just bought a 2010 XC90 (1 week old) we originally took a loaner for a weekend, and everything was great. Very comfortable. However, now that I have the new one, I find the seats to be very uncomfortable. The lower support is good, but I get major tension across my shoulders. I have tried adjusting the seat to no avail. Is it perhaps because the seats are new and very stiff? Has anyone else had this issue. I am having trouble with buying a 60K car, and not being able to find comfort.
