Volvo 1996 850 2.4 l non turbo runs at full throttle at start
I just put a rebuilt head on my 1996 850 non turbo 2.4 L engine. set up timing filled up fluids and checked fuel pump and injectors. When i started it up it was at full throttle. I had to turn off the key to stop it. Checked throttle linkage and vac lines did not see any problems, but it still starts like I have my foot to the floor board. HELP
