Default Volvo 2016 XC60 App Issue

Normally, when I press the World button (under My Car) on my dash, Apps (find fuel, find places, weather, etc.) pop up and I will select one (ex: weather) and information will display.
Last week when I did this, the screen came up and reads The app is no longer supported, and it reads the same on the other selections also. I can't get an answer from my the dealership where I bought it from, other then bring it in for a diagnostic look at.
I have never had this issue since I bought it 6 years ago.

Any ideas would help?

Could it be that I need an update?

Many 2016 models use older 3G networks, which some carriers have phased out, potentially affecting remote services. To troubleshoot, ensure your app is updated, check your car’s software version, and try re-pairing the app with your vehicle.

I was the first one at my dealership to upgrade to the 4G.

Likely, the apps on your dash are no longer supported due to discontinued server or software support. Check for a system update in your vehicle’s settings, as updating may restore compatibility. If the apps have been discontinued, the dealership or manufacturer can confirm this. Alternatively, you may need to use smartphone integration like Apple CarPlay or Android Auto for services such as weather, fuel, or places.
