I'm not sure how many fans we have of GSN's Wheel of Fortune reruns that air at 12:30 on here, but I was watching today and a contestant won a Volvo 850 by solving the bonus puzzle. I believe the car was a 1995 based on styling (and the fact that the episode looked to be from the 1994-1995 season). Charlie O'Donnell (the announcer) said that it was the safest vehicle on the road and had a revolutionary side impact safety system. I'm not sure what trim line it was but it was silver, had a sunroof, and went for $29K.

Hopefully that car is still on the road all these years later.

 

I don't watch GSN, but it is cool to hear about the car. I love seeing old car ads and such.
