Default What to do?

Ok so here is the situation. We bought our 1996 850 Wagon a few weeks ago and love it. We also own a 1990 240dl with 198,xxx miles. We have been rotating the wagon for driving to our jobs, i get odd days and she gets even days. Now the 240 just cant cut it, not as fun to drive. Now i know the 240 are a high milaege car. Plus the 240 is great in the snow, with 4 studded snow tires. My Father inlaw is Volvo mechanic for 24 years, so he really knows the 240 inside and out and does all the work on the cars. But we want another 850 so we can have our own cars and no switching. Although she would get the Turbo wagon .

So do you think it would be wise to get another 850 and sell the 240? Would maitenance cost be higher with the 850 rather then the 240? Or any other ideas????

Thanks
Matt

Yes get another 850 it will be newer. But maintainence will be more costly yes. Worth it IMO.

I would look into a 850 Turbo, T5-R, R models.

The 850 will cost a little more to maintain.
But I like the 850 better than the 240's.
So some will sacrafice a little more $$ for the likes of the 850.
