Will the )EM wheels & tires from 2004 XC70 fit 2000 V70

I am intrested inchangeing the wheelson my 2000 V70 but I am not sure if the wheels from a 2004 XC70 fit on my car. Thank you in advance.

I do belive the Off set is off to much.
