Over the last several months, my XC60 plug in electric hybrid has a delay at times when in electric battery mode. Will almost feel like it is stalling until switches to gas mode- which can take a second or 2. I have brought it in to two different shops, but when they run diagnostics nothing shows up. To me it seems either something wrong with the battery (which I was told is unlikely) vs the connection calling for power from the battery- but I don’t know. Just what if feels like. Essentially when I am asking for power, the battery doesn’t respond and needs to switch to gas, but often with a delay. It initially was happening mostly when i was starting up after a traffic stop, but now even happens when just driving.

Anyone else with anything similar? Any advice?
