I have a 2016 XC90 T8 Inscription that has had intermittent radio/bluetooth issues for a while. Most days the sound from the radio/bluetooth connection starts crackling/popping shortly after the car is turned on, gets worse and worse and eventually completely dies - no sound at all from the speakers. Strangely enough, the bluetooth call connection is always pure - I can make and receive phone calls without any issues and the sound is pure from the car speakers.
The local dealer has taken the car in a few times, done some software updates, checked the AUD module, but is unable to locate the issue. They suspect the antenna might be the issue, but they don't really know.

What doesn't work:
- Radio (most of the time)
- Bluetooth music (most of the time)

What does work:
- Phone calls (via Bluetooth)

I would love to hear if anyone has had a similar issue or has some knowledge of what might be the issue. Thanks in advance.
