I put a full magnaflow exhaust on my 87 740 wagon, I found the exhaust system on car in the local pick a part yard and of only cost me $10, it came with magnaflow resonator, magnaflow muffler and magnaflow exhaust tip, plus the tubing holding it together, it took some custom work to fit it in, it sounds pretty beastly and looks pretty kool!!

Custom work is always the best. You can let anything work for your car, it is just thhe matter of making it look nice

that is an interesting muffler... just get rid of it

 

LOL, when i mounted the exhaust i didnt install the resonator at first cuz i wanted to hear how it sound and man was it loud and kinda raspy at higher rpm's i think i couldve drowned out a harley with open pips lol, but with resonator in it doesnt sound to bad, i am thinking of changing the muffelr to a more astheticly pleasin one but for the $10 i paid for it it will do for now.
