IN a word, no nobody makes a performance header for an XC70. That said, what's your objective for a "performance header"? I'm assuming you have a turbo engine, where the most common way of adding HP is to buy an ECU tune which remaps the boost and fuel curve. As you start getting more aggressive tunes, then the next add on is an intake air box (to allow more air into the turbo. After that you can look for a larger downpipe with a free flow catalytic converter. Problem with downpipes and free flow cats is you can expect to see CELs fault codes for things like cat efficiency etc after a hard drive, particularly if the ECU tune is not matched to the downpipe. Now if you want to change the exhaust tone, there's two routes - you can go with a "resonator delete" (ie a straight pipe in place of the rear resonator muffler) or a "cat-back" exhaust system. Challenge here is not many people tune a gen 1 XC70 so you may not find everything you want. You may find a muffler shop who would do the resonator delete or put a pipe in place of a center muffler etc (particularly if the original part needs replacing).
