Hi again Lev.
Many thanks to yourself (and Pierce) that I got the Flying Vee up and running with a minimum of fuss. A job which I sorted on my friend Jan's American Honda Accord after she threw $1000 at it cost me about $30 and so I am exceedingly grateful for your input. The relay was all it took and I am much comforted by a little whirring sound preceding the engine bursting into life every time. On disassembling the old relay the points were noticeably burnt and so having confirmed that this was the problem I am feeling very virtuous.
Four years after the fact public thanks for the cigarette lighter. In terms of how it went missing, being that there are more things in Heaven and earth Horatio, I fear I got that one very
wrong.
