1998 or 2000 Volvo S70
I am pondering of purchasing one of the followings for my high school daughter:
2000 Volvo S70 GTL Turbo with 79,300 miles with asking price $4,0000 from dealer. Dealer CarFax shows marticulate routine services from 2 owners with recent water pump and timing belt change.
Or
1998 Volvo S70 non-turbo with 84,800 miles with dealer asking price $5,000. Dealer indicated of one owner but I have not have a chance to see CarFax.
Which vehicle is a better choice as far as reliability, maintenance and cost of services. I live in Southern California. I love well engeering old cars but not mechanical incline.
Greatly appreciated your kind input.
