My car stalled at a light. The timing belt came off. I changed the belt, water pump, pully's etc. and the engine won't turn over. It just makes a high pitched whining noise when I turn the key. Oh yea, I also reset the timing.

Any ideas?

 

It probably is turning without compression. High pitched whining is what they sound like in that situation.
