Default 2004 v70 r

Years ago I owned volvos and I am now thinking of purchasing another one. This time it is a 2004 V70 R I found on cars.com. I just don't know anything about them and would like to ask you guys what I should be concerned about. It has 80k miles and a manual transmission. Seller is asking $16,750. It has a VIP extended warranty up to 100k miles. The seller mentioned it has a 6MT. Not sure what that is. Any advice would be appreciated.

Welcome to the forum. I had an 04 S60R which is the same thing as the 04 V70R. The car was awesome but I would not recommend pushing more power out of it. The AWD does not handle the stock power that well overtime so pushing more power out of it is not a good idea. Outside of the AWD being weak, the car was awesome.

On a side note, the 05 and new V70R and S60R have a much better and stronger AWD system.
