I would like to know where is TCM transmission computer for V50 ??
and how to take out ???
Hopefully someone could help ....

Last year DEC, I bought VOLVO V50 2.4 2005 model. and
after 1 week of riding it, I was in traffic jam and had a little shock when
**** turned 1 to 2 gear. and when I reached destinations,
I was trying to park the car backwoods, change Shift D to R, shift lamp is
still blink at D range, and it doesn't go to R. and I thought very strange, and trying to move to P ,and again trying to R but it did't respond . Shift lamp still on in D range.

So I turned off engine. and start cell again but computer still reading shift is still in D. After 5 min of struggling , it became back to normal.

I wend dealer and they checked code , " it was possibly communication problem between ECU main computer and TCM transmission computer.

but they said it will cost over 2K$.....

So I checked website and trying to repair TCM .as less as money I want to spend...
